Key Return & Exchange Details

  • Return Window: You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and accessories attached.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return once it reaches our warehouse. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.

🎁 Important Note: Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, and due to the nature of certain festive products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Christmas Party Supplies: This category includes disposable or consumable items such as paper plates, cups, napkins, and plastic cutlery for hygiene reasons.
  • Christmas Wrapping Paper & Supplies: This includes rolls of wrapping paper, gift bags, and pre-cut tissue paper that have been unsealed or partially used.

All other items in our menu—Christmas Decorations, Lights, Ornaments, and Trees—are eligible for return within the stated policy.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. You may use the template below.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our support “elves” will respond promptly (typically within 24 hours) with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship the package to our fulfillment center at the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the returned item. Upon approval, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item.
  5. Refund or Exchange Completion:
    • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Processing by your bank may take 5-10 business days.
    • Exchanges: For a different size, color, or product, we will ship the new item once the return is approved. Standard shipping fees apply for the new shipment.

Refund Timeline & Methods

We strive to make the refund process as clear as freshly fallen snow:

  • Timeline: After we receive and approve your return, please allow 1-2 business days for us to initiate the refund. The funds will then be sent back to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account depends on your financial institution:
    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days.
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days.
  • Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method. We cannot issue refunds to an alternate card or account.

Note: Shipping charges (both original and return, unless due to our error) are non-refundable. For exchanges, new shipping charges will apply to the replacement shipment.
