• Non-Returnable Items: For health, safety, and product nature reasons, Christmas Party Supplies (e.g., paper plates, cups) and Christmas Wrapping Paper & Supplies (if unsealed or used) are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Process: Initiate a return by contacting [email protected] within the return window. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 1-2 business days of return approval. Credit card/PayPal refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
